A warm welcome to the upcoming webinar Business Connectivity – has the Aviation Industry Recovered?, organized by IATA, Nordic and Baltic, and the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Lithuania.
International Air Transport Association (IATA) with Airports Council International (ACI) World reinforced the urgent call for governments to use testing as a means to safely re-open borders and re-establish global connectivity and to prevent the systemic collapse of the aviation industry with non-debt generating financial support. The Air Transport Action Group (ATAG) estimates that 46 million jobs are at risk because of the loss of connectivity caused by the COVID-19 crisis. IATA estimates that airline revenues will be down at least 50% ($419 billion compared to $838 billion in 2019).

This event invites You to hear experts’ explore current global and local business challenges posed by the Covid-pandemic and discuss future opportunities of the aviation industry – how can we recover and kick-start the business connectivity?
